Step 1: Register yourself at https://edistrict.wb.gov.in/. Click on "New Registration". After successful registration, login to the portal.
Step 2: From the home page, click on "HOUSING" from the list of Departments
Step 3: Now, click on "Registration of Apartment Owner Association"
Step4: Now, click on "e-Commencement" menu from the top.
Step 5: Now provide the Application Identification Number which can be found below the Registration Document. Click on "Search Application" which will list down the registration application. Click on "View" from the list.
Step 6: Now, click on the "Supporting Document" section and you can download all the documents submitted during registration.
